What does membership cost?

Our standard membership fees range from $100 - $150 per month per adult. Typically the first adult is $150 per month and $100 per month for additional adult family members.  Kids are an additional $50 per month.  We recommend maintaining your medical insurance to cover costs of appointments, procedures, hospitalization, specialist appointments, medications and specialized tests.

If you would like the convenience of house calls, the membership fee is $300 per month for the first adult and $250 per month for additional adult family members.  Children under the age of 18 are free and their membership is included in our House Call Package.
